Is your riding affecting your horse's happiness? The simple shifts that make all the difference

If you have ever wondered whether your horse is truly happy being ridden, not just tolerant, not just willing, but genuinely happy, this webinar is for you.

This free session explores something most riders never think to examine: how the way we ride shapes our horse's experience from the inside, and what becomes possible when we make a few simple but profound shifts.

The live session will take place on: Sunday 10th May at 12pm PDT / 3pm EDT / 8pm BST

hey there!

I'm Diana

When I talk to dedicated horse owners, I hear something similar again and again. They are putting enormous care into their horse's life, good feed, regular bodywork, quality tack, and they think about their horse's wellbeing constantly. And yet underneath all of that care there is often a question that has never quite been asked out loud.

Is my horse actually happy when I ride?

It took me a long time to ask that question myself, and when I finally did, the answer genuinely surprised me. What I discovered in trying to change it went on to reshape everything about how I ride and how I teach.

This webinar is where I share what I found, including a method called Slow Walk Work that creates changes far deeper than most conventional training ever reaches. We will explore what horses genuinely need to feel happy under saddle, why even the most caring riders often miss this without realising it, and why slowing down is so often the very thing that unlocks what we have been looking for all along. Everything I share here is designed to build on what you have already worked on together, not to replace it.

If any part of this speaks to you, I would love to have you join me.

What we'll cover

What horses really need to feel happy when ridden We will look at what genuine happiness under saddle actually looks like, and why it is often quite different from what we have been taught to aim for.

Why even caring riders often miss this Most of us are doing everything we have been taught to do. This session explores why that can still leave something important unaddressed, and why it is nobody's fault.

The reason horses switch off or resist What looks like laziness, stubbornness or difficulty is often something else entirely. Understanding what is really going on changes everything. Practical steps you can take to make sure that your horse is happy whilst being ridden

Slow Walk Work: what it is and why it works A gentle, practical method that creates lasting change for a remarkable range of horses, including ones you might not expect it to reach.

Real transformations from real horses Stories from horses and riders who have been through this work, and what shifted for them.

Who this series is for

This session is for riders and horse owners who sense that there may be more on offer in their relationship with their horse, and who want to understand how to reach it. It is especially suited to those who care deeply about their horse's experience and are open to looking at things from a different angle, even if that means questioning some of what they have always been taught.
