ABOUT

I BELIEVE...

By inviting the horse to straighten and balance their body, we empower them to carry themselves and move in a way that feels good.

I LISTEN...

To the horse. The horse is the only one who truly knows if something feels good and by learning to listen we unlock the ultimate knowledge.

I TEACH...

People to slow down and find a place of true connection and profound change.
hey there!

I'm Diana Waters

FOUNDER OF THE POWER OF WALK

Qualified BHS and EA riding coach and Enlightened Equitation instructor

In my 30+ years of working with horses, I’ve discovered that the simple act of slowing down and connecting through walk work holds the biggest potential for transformation.

Time and time again, I’ve witnessed remarkable physical changes: sway-backed horses showing dramatic improvements, horses naturally choosing to stand square, cow hocks straightening, and upside-down ewe necks softening into gently arching ones. Beyond the physical benefits, this work also improves your relationship, your horse’s happiness, and their attitude to life.

I now teach this method with others through my Power of Walk course, and it’s been so rewarding to watch students and their horses find new ease, balance and connection. Our current programme is closed for now, but if this work is calling to you, you can join the waitlist to be the first to hear when new opportunities open.

I want to help you achieve your goals.

It’s my passion to share the Power of Walk with horse owners worldwide, helping you unlock lasting improvements in your horse’s posture, movement, and wellbeing. Results will vary from horse to horse, but this course gives you the tools and guidance to see real change.

If you’d like to get involved, there are a few simple ways to start exploring this work.. The first things to do are to download my free eBook, 'The Slow Walk Work Guide to In-Hand' and join our friendly private Facebook community Slow Walk Work for inspiration and support.

You’re also very welcome to join our next Power of Walk course, which guides you step by step through all the stages of using Slow Walk Work effectively with your horse. The programme is currently closed, but you can join the waitlist below to be first to hear when it reopens.
